Stephen Wise Free Synagogue was founded by the influential Rabbi Stephen Wise in 1907, and throughout its rich, 100-year history, has served as one of New York's leading religious institutions. An initiative to redesign the synagogue's website and to develop a new site for its preschool, the Balfour Brickner Early Childhood Center. We designed the two sites to be complementary but distinct in look and feel, and located the ECC site within the SWFS site. The bright, engaging color palettes and photographs on each site convey a strong sense for the culture of the synagogue community.
